Is your website turning away customers the EU now protects?

The European Accessibility Act applies to businesses selling online in the EU since June 2025, and national enforcement is ramping up. BarriScan finds the accessibility barriers automated testing can detect — explained in plain language, with a screenshot of every problem on your pages.

Free scan of one page

Enter your homepage. You get a plain-English PDF report by email: what's broken, who it locks out, and how to fix it.

Full-site scan — $49

Up to 150 pages crawled and tested, findings de-duplicated and prioritised, one branded PDF — and a fixed-price remediation quote within 24 hours if you want the problems fixed for you.

How it works

  1. We test your rendered pages in a real browser with the industry-standard axe-core engine, against WCAG 2.2 A/AA — the standard the EAA's technical norm builds on.
  2. You get findings a human can act on: every issue in plain language, with the affected element photographed and boxed on your own page.
  3. Fixes, if you want them: our development team repairs the findings at a fixed price and re-scans to verify. We fix and verify — we never sell "compliance badges" or overlay widgets.

The honest part

Automated coverage notice: this report was produced by automated testing (axe-core engine). Automated tools find only part of all accessibility barriers — independent studies measure roughly 30–57% of issues, depending on the site. A clean automated result is not proof of accessibility, and this report does not certify compliance with the EAA, EN 301 549, or WCAG. Full coverage requires a human expert audit, which we offer as a separate service.

That's also why our remediation quotes can include a human expert audit — automated findings are the start, not the whole story.
